The new Dingwell Industrial Estate in Rocky Drift, Mbombela, is a joint venture initiative between current land owners and developers, HL Hall and Sons Properties (Pty) Ltd (Halls Properties), Dreams Alive a BEE investment/private venture capital company. The two companies have teamed up to develop first phase of the newly planned Dingwell Industrial Estate located in the Rocky Drift industrial area between Nelspruit and White River on the R40. 

The first phase consists of approximately 20Ha of the total township (75Ha ) and is the only new mixed industrial land (heavy to light industrial zoning) available in Mbombela with rights and services to be developed in as an estate. The Dingwell Industrial Estate will have perimeter security fencing, controlled access, urban design guidelines, a green belt and a property owners association to manage the estate.
